Standard service includes the following processes:

Pre-paid postage to our secure processing facility.
Page Prep for scanning (removal of staples, paperclips, post-it-notes, other bindings)
Scanning of pages up to 11.5in. x 14in., DUPLEX (Both-Sides), 300 DPI in Black & White, Color, or Grayscale (Customer selection.)
Image Quality Assurance Check
Conversion to Searchable Text PDF format
Secure File Download

The following services can be added to processing of a SCAN-BOX for an additional charge.

Pre-Scan Cover-sheets: Get cover sheets produced from templates to place in files for a SCAN-BOX. We support XLS & CSV data files, 1 row per cover sheet. Prices: $50 PER 300 COVER SHEETS (limit 6 data fields per cover-sheet)
Folder Data Indexing: Our team will index file names up or data fields up to 30 characters per Index. Prices: $50 PER 200 Indexes
Specific File/Folder Naming Schemes: Using data indexing, we will name files in a specific format. Prices: $50 PER 200 FILES
Special services available on request: Multi-file type export (ex. PDF and TIFF), Multi-Image export (ex. Black & White and Color), Document Data Extraction from text, export content to .txt or .docx, and much more.
